From May 22nd to 24th, the 3rd China International Automotive Lightweight Aluminum and Magnesium Application Conference was successfully held in Hefei, Anhui, with the theme of "Gathering Aluminum and Magnesium, Creating the Future." Over a thousand representatives from across the country attended, covering areas such as die casting, low pressure, technology, processes, machining, molds, materials, and equipment. Mozhi Robotics, invited to participate, joined forces with Shuifeng Technology at this event, engaging with numerous industry leaders to discuss industry trends and exchange ideas.
With the increasing global emphasis on environmental protection and energy efficiency, automotive lightweighting has become a significant trend in the automotive industry. Against this backdrop, China's automotive industry is accelerating its transformation and upgrading, actively promoting the research and application of lightweight colored metal casting technologies.
However, some issues exist in the post-processing stages of traditional casting processes, such as low production efficiency, unstable product quality, and high risk factors. To address these problems, polishing and deburring robots have emerged as valuable assistants in the automotive casting industry.
At the forum, we engaged in in-depth exchanges with many attendees, who showed strong interest in our polishing and deburring robots, frequently inquiring about product details, application scope, and market prospects. We patiently answered each question, detailing Mozhi's continuous research and development of new technologies, products, and processes since its establishment. We currently offer MR, MT, and MZ series automated polishing and deburring workstations, providing new support for flexible production in industries such as kitchen and bathroom products, automotive parts, aerospace, security products, 3C electronics, medical devices, furniture and home appliances, and building hardware.
Through this conference's exhibitions and exchanges, our polishing and deburring robots received widespread recognition from both inside and outside the industry. Simultaneously, we observed the market's urgent need for high-precision, high-efficiency production equipment. We will continue to dedicate ourselves to technological research and development and product innovation, continuously improving the functionality and performance of our polishing and deburring robots to meet the needs of diverse clients and promote the wider application of this technology in the aluminum die-casting industry.
